 H20 is better for smaller kids July 4, 2008

The H2o is awesome. Unlike the new 20" Green Machine, it has 16" wheels, a shorter wheel base and you can pedal backwards. The water tank adds more weight on the back, so it is less likely to tip over. Taller kids may not be as comfortable driving this vehicle, but if you've got one who is on the small side for their age, this is the vehicle for him/her. My son is 8 and could barely reach the pedals on the new 20" green machine - and since the seat was all the way forward, he kept tipping over when trying to spin-out. Also, the new 20" has a hand-brake and you cannot pedal backwards. Amazon, Walmart and Dicks Sporting Goods are the only places I was able to find the H20- it may be discontinued.

The green machine is a blast but when we received it the water tank attachment was broken, the box was torn apart. the paint on the wheels was worn off. If we hadn't spent so much time putting it together before we realized the tank was broken I would have returned it.

We bought this Trike for our grandson and he absolutely loves it. He rides it all the time and does not want to share it with anyone. We had excellent service from Amazon. It came within three days of my ordering it. We are all thrilled with quality of the product.

Not only was the carton tore up during shipping, and parts missing ,the front tire was FLAT, and the valve stem positioned so as to not allow any way to inflate.There is only one water gun, however the cap was on so tight muscle man could barely get it off to put water in the tank, my son was ever so broken hearted, tears of anger and sorrow, for the time, effort and money wasted on this junk.Huffy should be ashamed.
Difference in Green/Blue Machine? February 23, 2008
We have (and Love) the 20" Green Machine. What is the difference with the H2O Green Machine besides the water gun? I have read it has a 16" wheel. I am writing because our 7 year old does well on the GM but his 4 y.o. brother does not. Is the H2O smaller?
